Imogen Astley Marsh founded Lemons Consulting Group in 2021 with a mission:

'To support the world of work, forging a new way of working and a fresh way of thinking, creating a more supple, supportive and successful workforce to rebuild the resilience of individuals, organisations and the economy.'

She has over 20 years working in HR across various sectors predominantly in Financial Services, holding HR C-Suite leadership roles at an Insurance company and a PE backed FinTech. She is a Board member at an Insurance Mutual as a Non-Executive Director and a Trustee for a food poverty crisis management charity.

She is also a chartered member of the CIPD and a qualified professional coach.

She approaches each of her clients with a fresh perspective to develop customised, unique people focussed strategies.

Imogen has a large well-established network of partnerships with a broad range of expertise in subjects such as employment law, employee relations, policy writing, learning & development, reward, DEI and outplacement.
